This weekend, I took on something I had never done before: my first 10 KM run at the DivyaSree Nandi Hills Monsoon Run 2026. 🌧️⛰️
Running through the challenging terrain of Nandi Hills was definitely not easy, but crossing that finish line made every difficult kilometre worth it.
Even better, I got to share the experience with my father CA. Sanjay Barnwal and my cousin, Kshitiz Kashyap, who made my first 10K even more memorable.
📍 10 KM | Nandi Hills
⏱️ 1:03:59
🏅 411 / 2468 Overall
🏅 156 / 652 in my age category
For me, the biggest takeaway wasn’t the number on the clock. It was realising how much further you can push yourself when you decide to keep going.
This run has definitely made me want to do more: more races, longer distances, tougher challenges, and hopefully a lot more finish lines.
One 10K down. Many more to go!
